With us, you won’t just learn how to defend yourself; you’ll also make new friends and find a motivating environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner – here, every step contributes to your personal progress…
In April 2025, we took over a hall that had previously stood empty for a year and a half. In just two months of work carried out by ourselves, we completely refurbished it. The old walls have been transformed into a modern training centre, which is now once again filled with life, energy and enthusiasm.

Participants under 18 need a declaration of consent from their parents for the trial class. Alternatively they can attend accompanied by a parent.
